  1. How can I transmit my dictations for transcription?
      You can either:
    1. Use our 1-800 toll-free phone. Using a touch-tone phone, dial our 1-800 toll-free phone number. Enter your personal access code. Start your dictation when prompted to do so.
    2. Dictate into any digital recorder you have and upload (send) your files to our secure server. Log-in with your user ID and password then upload your files. We can "walk you through" the system the first time you do so, or you can contact us if you need assistance.
  2. Can I call in anytime to dictate?
    Absolutely! Our digital dictation system is available 24/7 from any touch-tone telephone.

  3. Can I check the progress of my report any time?
    Yes. Just log in to our system with your user ID and password to track and monitor the progress of your transcription.

  4. Can I make changes in the report?
    All reports are returned to you in digitized format so you can always make changes.

  5. What turnaround time do you offer?
    We offer 12, 24 and 48 hours turnaround time.

  6. How do you safeguard the health information dictated?
    We maintain strict policies on confidentiality, privacy and security. We train and educate our staff and our customers about these policies, and adherence is continually reinforced. Client information, whether in transmission or at rest, cannot be accessed without proper authorization. It cannot be intercepted, decrypted, or altered because we have advanced firewall protection, 24-hour intrusion detection, and 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Our system exceeds HIPAA requirements.

  7. How do I sign-up for a 1500-line free trial?
    Fill up a free-trial form online and we will call you ASAP.

  8. How much do you charge per line?
    Our rates are reasonable and depend upon the requirements of the client such as turn-around times and modes of dictation. We can send you a quote based on your needs; just fill out the Request for Quote form available online.

  9. Are there any fees to set up an account?
    None.

  10. If I sign up, how long does it take to set-up the service?
    We can set you up within 48 hours or less.

  11. What payment methods are available?
    We accept payments via wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, or check. Invoices are sent at the end of each month.
